Sales Team Leader Position

An opportunity to lead a fast growing business focused on digital services. Our allySites team at Exchange Media Group will reach over 1,500 clients in the next three years. We will be the top digital services provider in the southeast for small businesses. You will lead the execution of allySites’ growth plan. Your role will have a direct impact on our customers’ success in the digital world. You will help shape, train and grow the allySites’ sales team. Your earnings potential is unlimited and will be based on the success of your team.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, build and maintain a sales team
  • Consistently lead training sessions for your team
  • Ensure accountability is established within our sales team to meet our KPIs
  • Be in the field with reps three days each week
  • Inspire and motivate your sales team on a consistent basis
  • Maintain a clear understanding of digital marketing products
  • Be able to articulate effective website SEO strategies
  • Understand how consumers use digital technology
  • Be able to describe how the purchase funnel works for today’s shopper
  • Ensure teamwork between sales, support, graphics and billing
  • Develop prospecting process to find new clients
  • Develop case studies that yield insights into success stories of our clients
  • Review proposals of work prior to client submission
  • Believe in 100% customer happiness

Sales Position

You will have a direct impact on your customers’ success. You will earn 100% commission on a website sale and a commission on recurring revenue.

  • Develop a pipeline of potential customers
  • Meet with new customers every week
  • Close a minimum of 5 new accounts each month
  • Maintain a clear understanding of digital marketing products
  • Be able to articulate effective website SEO strategies
  • Understand how consumers use digital technology
  • Be able to describe how the purchase funnel works for today’s shopper
  • Develop prospecting process to find new clients
  • Have a clear understanding of our products and their benefits
